The Idea

The Walking Gallery is a patient advocacy movement. Regina Holliday and other artists paint personal patient stories on business jackets of government employees, medical professionals, and activists. By walking in these paintings we are spreading awareness of the concept of patient centered care.

The Specifics

At this point there are 125 jackets in the gallery representing the patient voice on five continents. We are continually accepting new members to wear their jackets to medical conferences and events throughout the world. Any money received would pay for paint and shipping costs related to growing the gallery ever larger and to help more artists join the cause.
